Our release schedule is continuous.
Release Notes are our chance to tell you about all the great fixes and improvements we have added to the system.
Often, non-critical hotfixes are simply rolled into the upcoming maintenance release.
July, 2024
Improvements ?
- Wishlist fulfilled – Parking Validation Report totals will now change depending on your search parameters
- Wishlist fulfilled – Editable and translatable tooltip added to username field on the registration page
- Wishlist fulfilled – A new EV (Electric Vehicles) field has been added to user vehicles pages and can be searched on the vehicle search page
- Wishlist fulfilled – A new User Vehicle report has been created to display and export to Excel/CSV
- Wishlist fulfilled – An email can now be sent to an Admin when an appeal is submitted
- Improvements have been made to include an itemized Daily Sales Report and a Payment Reconciliation Report
- Enforcement App: added violation notice header as a configurable item
- Enforcement App: linking user basic details to plates for contact
- Enforcement App: in-App alarms are pushed to the server when encountered

- The bug with the adjustable Fine Amount checkbox has been corrected

- We now offer Multi-Factor Authentication using one-time passwords sent via email!
- We are excited to announce that we have now integrated with Mistall!
Improvements ?
- There are new permissions to enable/disable the viewing of violations-related widgets for the admin.
- Wishlist fulfilled – License plates on a user profile can now be sorted alphabetically
- Additional language support was added for Google Play and Apple App Store badges on the Get App page. Current supported languages are: English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.

- Clients are now able to import their own Locations, Permits, Violations, Users, and Vehicles files using the new data import tool
Improvements ?
- UserApp – Users are now able to remove vehicles from their profile if allowed by their parking provider.
- UserApp – Taxes have been updated to display individual tax amounts instead of a combined total.

- The Printable Violation Notice Report was updated to include more reporting information and options.

- Spoiled violations were included in the counts displayed on the handheld.

- Vehicle year can now be toggled to mandatory for users and set to off for Admin users.
- Images can now be added to the lots on the Permits page.
Improvements ?
- Wishlist fulfilled – implemented a 6-digit minimum/20-digit maximum field length for the Student Number
Bug Fixes ?
- Public comments entered on a violation were not showing on user views
- Some dates did not appear where they should when viewing violations on the user side and appeal information on the admin side.

- Wishlist fulfilled – effortlessly sort invoices by billing and due dates by clicking on the report heading
- Wishlist fulfilled – we have increased the number of search results on the Daily Payments Report to 3000 records
- Wishlist fulfilled – Disabled admin users are now hidden from the list on the ‘Edit Admin Users’ page. We have also added a “View Disabled” button.
- Wishlist fulfilled – We added a setting that will prevent users from selecting payroll deduction as their payment type if they have a temp permit in their cart
- Improvements have been made to the Dashboard menu to clarify wording around default layouts and to remove the fade-in effect.

- Clients can now download and print the QR codes or copy a link in temp permits.
- We are thrilled to announce a new feature for our MTO clients. You can digitally sign and timestamp your Form 11: Certificate of Parking Infraction on-site and then print it later.
- We have created a messaging tool that facilitates communication between OPS-COM and our client administrators and between our clients and their users.
